Candidates are required to join the Next Level Community. Then, they can apply to jobs they are interested in directly through the hiring organization’s Next Level Community page. You choose where and how they apply, through your club’s website, email, or partner with us on ATS, where resumes and details flow into the client portal dashboard, accessible to hiring managers, for easy review and tracking.
